With professional experience in high tech, Web, and higher education industries, Stephanie has focused on effective communication from internal organization and strategic processes to customer relationship management and quality assurance.
An adjunct professor in communications and workshops provider in crisis response, emotional mastery, and professional development, Stephanie believes knowledge and skills training are essential to becoming a healthier and happier person.
Her background in mental health propelled her into coaching, where she now hopes to promote intentional healthy living with individuals, groups and communities.
Her coaching clients range from top-level executives to elementary students, from retirees to ministry-focused personnel.
Stephanie believes in people, and that by tapping into their natural strengths, they can accomplish things they never dared to dream.
